Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik 2017

Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik collaborated with exhibition designers Kråkvik&D'Orazio to select a range of fabrics to match the colour scheme of the 2017 exhibition.  

GU is a privately owned Norwegian producer of furniture textiles and textiles for Norwegian national costumes (bunader). It was established in 1887 in Lillehammer. Each year the company produces 600,000 metres of fabric, exporting some of it to more than 30 countries in Scandinavia and Western Europe. GU has received the Award for Design Excellence 18 times (once in partnership with the designer group Norway Says), as well as being named “Manufacturer of the Year” in 2015.
